A look at some under-used sources and a splendid building
A group from AGRA convened for a convivial lunch in the Freemason's Arms before proceeding to Freemason's Hall. Here we browsed round the museum and were taken on an informative tour of the impressive Art Deco building by our knowledgable guide who was able to explain the building's history and iconography. This was followed by a presentation from the archivists describing the range of documentation in their collection which is of genealogical interest. In particular some members had submitted queries about specific Masons which the archivists were able to use as case studies.
