At Family History Studio I offer bepsoke work or family history packages, including a starter package to suit all budgets. I am based in Northamptonshire and am geographically well placed to search in both the Northamptonshire Archives and/or the Northamptonshire FamilySearch Center. I can also undertake research in the Huntingdon Library and Archives and also in Bedfordshire Archives.
I have a Bachelor's (Hons) Degree in Education with a specialism in History and have the Advanced Certificate in Family History Skills and Strategies from Pharos Teaching and Tutoring Ltd, achieving Distinction at the Intermediate Level. I am an Associate of AGRA which promotes high professional standards in genealogy and historical research and I am also a member of the Northamptonshire Family History Society giving access to invaluable resources.
I come from a long line of nonconformists and have an interest in this area of genealogy. Many of the archives hold records of nonconformism and I can visit the archives to view these documents. My own family largely come from Norfolk and Suffolk so I have extensive experience in researching this area of the country and can also attend the archives in these counties.
I research family trees from scratch but for those who have already researched their family tree I can write this up into a family history narrative, printed in a bound book, which serves as a keepsake for future generations but also makes a wonderful gift. Please use the form below to contact me.
